PhD proposal is just an OUTLINE of the proposed study. The proposal is subjected to CHANGE and further examine and CHANGE by the PD's panel. As your ideas evolve when conducting your study.. your proposed research is likely to CHANGE and CHANGE and CHANGE again.. until the final CHANGE suggested by the panels during the viva.
So why prepare a thick and details proposal for 'perfection' even research and thesis are focus on valid data not perfection !
