"... And now after the PD i felt like giving up entirely and quit my study. At the first place i wanted to do experimental method for my research, but in semester 2 my supervisor asked me to change the RD to qualitative approach. To my surprise during the defense all the panelist would have agree that my research is more approachable using the experimental method and now im back to square one.
How do i even combine qualitative with quasi. Perhaps if u have any nearby workshop u can inform me since i am keen to meet u And i do hope that i can show u my writing and hoping to hear your feedback. Since the panelist cannot see the relevance of my research. I am so dissapointed and break down right now.
All my hardwork for the past year didnt get any credits. To an extend, i do feel like quitting.."
Komen ringkas:
1. Ini yang selalu saya tulis, ada SV yang kompeten dalam RD kajian dia sahaja maka apa sahaja masalah mesti ikut RD yang dia familiar.
2. Apa guna ada 3 assigned SVs kalau perkara sebegini boleh berlaku?
3. Betapa PG membuang masa, tenaga dan motivasi bila disyaratkan menyediakan proposal tebal2 persis mini thesis yang kemudiannya ditolak oleh panel PD.
4. Konsep menyediakan proposal begini dah lapuk dan patut diganti dgn simple dan brief proposal utk beberapa pages tetapi perlu dibentang dalam komiti beberapa kali sebelum PD.
5. Nature kajian quali dan quanti sangat berbeza dan tak sepatutnya berlaku kesilapan.
